The company was formed in 2022 after CXV Global (Crest Solutions, Xyntek, and VistaLink) and Panacea Technologies joined forces. For over three decades, Catalyx’s partnership-based culture has helped organizations in production-intense, highly regulated industries optimize their operational efficiency, performance, and safety. • Knowledge of packaging line equipment in pharma or food industries is a plus
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MS Visio, and technical documentation tools

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Join a growing service delivery team providing project implementation, technical support, and customer training for specialised automation and software solutions used in regulated manufacturing environments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer success across European sites through hands-on system setup, validation, and troubleshooting.

  • Provide technical support including electrical and optical setup, system testing, and troubleshooting
  • Implement and test system integrations with external equipment or platforms
  • Act as a key point of contact for project exceptions and updates, keeping project managers informed
  • Ensure customers receive clear operational documentation and training for all installed systems
  • Maintain accurate field reports, engineering documentation, and “as-built” updates
  • Liaise closely with internal engineering and support teams to drive resolution and quality
  • Conduct operator training sessions for customer teams across Europe
  • Ensure compliance with site safety standards, relevant regulations (e.g. FDA, ISO9001), and internal quality processes
  • Represent the service delivery team professionally and effectively, maintaining strong working relationships with customers and partner organisations
