As a Solutions Engineer, you are a key-contributor in bridging the gap between pre- and post-sales. You play a pivotal role in demonstrating Intigriti’s capability to exposing risks and threats to a company’s security exposure. Your technical cybersecurity knowledge is fostering the relationship with prospects and clients alike creating trust in our solution building a foundation for a long-lasting partnership.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers to schedule, scope, and execute (PTaaS) Pentest programs, ensuring efficient and effective security assessments.
  • Manage relationships with researchers, customers and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and satisfaction
  • Ensure each Bug Bounty program includes accurate information and a detailed scope, working closely with Customer Success Managers.
  • Deliver pre-sales technical support to the New Business team, ensuring scalable new logo acquisition with a focus on recurring revenue and maximizing product adoption.
  • Partner with Account Executives as a technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process, including prospecting evaluation and proof of concepts.
  • Use a combination of technical and solution selling skills speaking in the buyer’s language and clearly communicate the intersection between the product offering and the client’s business needs.
