QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase (solution design, configuration, or administration).
• Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and discovery sessions with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing solutions for document management and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Solutions Engineer (SE) will help drive successful customer outcomes by leading business process discovery sessions, performing tailored product demonstrations, and aligning customer needs with WorldView solutions. This role will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales and early adoption phases. The SE will be highly skilled with Hyland OnBase, customer-focused, and results driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand their business processes, document management requirements, and workflow needs.
• Deliver engaging solution demonstrations that showcase the value of WorldView and Hyland OnBase.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to design solutions that align with customer goals.
• Translate business requirements into solution recommendations, technical designs, and scope documents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyland OnBase capabilities, integrations, and industry best practices.
• Serve as the trusted advisor to customers during pre-sales and solution design stages.
• Ensure smooth handoff of requirements and designs to the implementation teams.
