As a Solutions Engineer at Strategic Information Group, you’ll help clients optimize operations using the Fuuz Platform, a no-code/low-code solution for MES, QMS, TMS, and more. You’ll design and deploy scalable solutions, build workflows and interfaces, and work with technologies like IoT, system integration, and cloud architecture in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What you will be doing: Level 1 * Assist on projects of minimum complexity, providing technical and documentation support * Contribute to the development and quality deliverables for Enterprise services and solutions * Troubleshoot, debug and test new features to ensure functionality and performance * Maintain clear and accurate documentation for newly developed features and code * Support project planning and assist more senior staff * Design and implement workflows, data structures, documents, and system integrations using platform tools * Participate actively in team meetings, code reviews, and collaborative development activities * Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process and product enhancements Level 2 * Lead and contribute to projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables * Design, develop, and test new features within the Fuuz platform, including workflows, data structures, and integrations * Troubleshoot, debug and test new features to ensure stability, functionality and performance * Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed features and configurations * Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to project specifications and best practices * Design and implement workflows, data structures, documents, and system integrations using platform tools * Work directly with end users/ customers to define requirements for projects * Effectively communicate requirements to the engineering team, should enhancements be necessary * Use the Fuuz system tools, to produce deliverables based on customer needs * Actively collaborate and participate in team activities and assist on projects of various complexities, providing technical and documentation support Level 3 * Take the role of Lead and contribute to projects of high complexity, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables * Design, develop, and test new features within the Fuuz platform, including workflows, data structures, and integrations * Troubleshoot, debug and test new features to ensure stability, functionality and performance * Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed features and configurations * Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to project specifications and best practices * Design and implement workflows, data structures, documents, and system integrations using platform tools * Work directly with end users/ customers to define requirements for projects * Develop Specification Documents to describe project deliverables while effectively communicating requirements to the engineering team, should enhancements be necessary * Use the Fuuz system tools, to produce deliverables based on customer needs * Actively collaborate and participate in team activities and assist on projects of various complexities, providing technical and documentation support Minimum Qualifications: Level 1 * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., IT, Engineering, Computer Science) and up to 2 years related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. * Prior experience (0-2 years) in a related field. * Demonstrated interest in system integration and industrial software platforms, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
