In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding Enterprise Customers through their digital transformation journey. By leveraging your technical expertise and communication skills, you will conduct product demonstrations, provide tailored solutions, and address the diverse requirements of clients. Embrace the chance to be a part of a dedicated team that values your unique experiences and promotes continuous learning. \n Accountabilities Work alongside the sales team as the technical and domain expert of a customer-facing sales team to help Enterprise Customers understand the value of solutions. Understand customer challenges and business issues and provide product demonstrations to align our solutions with customer needs. Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners, and team members. Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for customers with complex use cases, collaborating with other engineering teams as needed. Provide feedback to product management about enhancements that can address customer needs. Share and learn best practices with other Solutions Engineers to enhance team quality and efficiency. Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation. Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows. Lead as a subject matter expert (SME) with various product solutions and competitive knowledge. Requirements 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML. Hands-on experience in web and backend development (JavaScript, Java, Node.js, etc.) and working with REST APIs. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and core security concerns in applications. Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively. Territory management skills and experience with user journey flows and architecture diagrams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field is preferred.
