As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them implement and optimize continuous delivery solutions at scale. You will partner closely with account teams to understand customer challenges, deliver compelling technical demos, and guide proof-of-value projects. This role involves collaborating across engineering, marketing, and customer teams to ensure customers fully realize the value of modern CI/CD workflows. You will create and maintain technical assets, educate customers on best practices, and contribute to thought leadership through blogs, webinars, and events. The position offers a fully remote work environment in the United States, giving you the flexibility to design your workspace while engaging with global teams and clients. Your work will have a direct impact on how organizations deliver software efficiently and reliably. Accountabilities: · Collaborate with account teams to discover client technical challenges and business goals. · Deliver demos and technical presentations showcasing the value of continuous delivery solutions. · Guide clients through proof-of-value projects, offering expert recommendations and support. · Build and maintain technical assets, including deployment projects and environment configurations. · Educate customers through blogs, guides, webinars, and events, advocating for best practices. · Partner with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product capabilities. · Experience in a technical customer-facing role, with strong communication and presentation skills. · Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes, tools, and deployment pipelines. · Knowledge of development, release management, operations, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native technologies. · Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide actionable solutions. · Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple accounts and priorities. · Positive, personable, and collaborative mindset with a passion for learning new technologies. · Bonus: Experience with containerized environments, Kubernetes, Helm, or cloud platforms. · Competitive base salary and variable compensation (OTE $200,000–$214,000, depending on performance). · Fully remote position within the United States. · Generous paid time off: minimum 25 days annual leave, up to 10 days paid sick/carer leave, 12 weeks fully paid parental leave. · Health, dental, and vision coverage (100% employer-paid for individuals, 75% for dependents). · 401(k) matching and stock options. · Flexible working environment with autonomy over work setup. · Opportunities to participate in virtual and in-person events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
