Responsibilities
  • Solution Exploration, Design, and Definition: Investigate and evaluate diverse technical options and approaches to effectively address identified business problems. Develop clear and concise conceptual solutions, outlining key components, system integrations, and data flows. Translate these high-level concepts into detailed specifications and technical designs that provide a clear roadmap for our developers.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Independently build and execute proof-of-concept applications and prototypes to rigorously validate proposed solutions, assess their technical feasibility, and demonstrate their potential business value.
  • Problem Triage and Analysis: Investigate job failures, production issues, and bug reports to efficiently identify the underlying root cause and redirect them to the appropriate developers or support team for timely resolution.
  • Collaboration with Developers: Partner closely with software developers, data engineers, and other technical team members throughout the development lifecycle to ensure a shared understanding of the proposed solutions, provide ongoing guidance, and address any technical questions.
  • Testing and Operational Support: Take ownership of the testing and validation of completed user stories and features to guarantee they meet the defined functional and technical requirements. Provide operational support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
