As a Solutions Engineer at Tulip, you will understand customer needs, lead solution development, manage enterprise-level projects, and collaborate with customers/partners on implementation. Our SOLVE team is responsible for providing technical support, building relationships, improving internal processes, and serving as the customer's voice to Product and technical teams. You understand the Operations environment in the Life Sciences Industry (Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals, or similar), and have ideas on how to improve it. What skills do I need? BS Degree: Engineering, or similar 3-5+ years of industry experience, experience in project management, manufacturing or process engineering preferred Operations Technology (MES, ERP) background is a plus; at a min you know some SQL and have some basic coding experience Strong project management, organization, and communication skills, oral and written Ability to think creatively and strategically A demonstrated dedication to considering things from the customer’s perspective Aptitude to learn fast and a demonstrated ability to lead by example Key Responsibilities: Partner with our customers to understand their challenges, goals for Tulip, and lead solution development for customer-specific processes Manage and execute enterprise-level customer projects using Tulip Work side by side with customers and partners to develop and implement Tulip solutions Provide ongoing customer technical support and build and maintain relationships Contribute to internal process building, improvement, and collaboration Represent voice of customer to Product and technical teams internally 25% Expected Travel within North America Key Collaborators: Customers Professional Services team Working At Tulip Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for company sponsorship, both now and in the future.
