Job Summary As a Solutions Engineer at Unframe, you’ll be the first technical voice a prospect hears. You’ll join early conversations, showcase real solutions built on Unframe, and help potential customers connect the dots between their needs and our platform. You’ll demo AI-powered use cases across multiple industries — from finance to cybersecurity to operations — and guide technical discovery to help prospects envision what’s possible. This is a high-impact, outward-facing role at the intersection of Sales, Product and Marketing. Responsibilities Join early-stage calls with Account Managers to lead technical discovery and demos. Deliver compelling live demos tailored to customer pain points and use cases. Translate customer pain points into relevant AI-powered solution examples. Communicate the value and architecture of Unframe clearly and confidently. Build credibility and trust with prospects — becoming a strategic partner in shaping their AI vision. Handle in-depth technical questions across product capabilities, integrations, and deployment. Share insights with Product, Marketing, and R&D teams based on real-world conversations. Requirements 5+ years experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or product management. Strong understanding of enterprise software, APIs, and modern cloud platforms. Confident presenting technical products to both business and technical audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed — you know how to ask the right questions and build strong relationships. Nice to Have Experience working with AI platforms, LLM-based tools, or workflow automation products. Background in software engineering or product implementation. Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and B2B customer environments.
