Join WWT today!   Position Information: * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm * Working Location: 5 Tuas Ave 5, Singapore 639344 (MRT: Gul Circle) * Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Profit Sharing + AL + Dental Claim + Medical Claim + Group Insurance   What will you be doing? Perform intake, solution validation and forecast evaluation for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. This person will be required to maintain communications with Program Management / Order Management / Production Control / Logistics departments outside of Lab to coordinate between technical assessment of staging requirements, assigning appropriate template duration to the orders for execution and releasing of orders into Lab.   Responsibilities: * Assess the technical difficulty and effort required to complete the order * Assign suitable duration templates for each order after assessment * Update GIC Tickets with the necessary information * Interface with PMs and/or CSEs on any discrepancies or technical queries regarding the staging requirements * Assist and guide Engineers/Config Techs with any technical difficulties in executing the orders’ staging requirements * Provide support for the configuration of multiple vendor networking, wireless, and collaboration devices. * Work with Leadership to plan HC vs Forecast for operations * Help out in executing orders together with the team, drive the project’s progress, from kick-off to final approval. * Ensure successful communication and execution of technical solutions per specifications and/or configuration instructions utilizing both industry and WWT best practices. * Provide consulting and support for the configuration of multiple vendor networking, wireless, and collaboration devices. * Work closely with project teams during the execution of ETOs (Engineer to Order), providing SME-level expertise. * Communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders on a continuous basis. * Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfers, and mentorship to peers. * Manage MES system with Production Controller on monitoring and track projects’ status in lab * Manage MES processes/system and ensure rigor and discipline within Lab in following the processes * Manage/Update projects’ status/tracker/flags in MES system and other tracking documentation to supply accurate data to relevant stakeholders * Provide technical guidance on lab capabilities to ensure more accurate project intake and gauge of technical level of effort * Serve as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting of defective devices, logical issues, or systematic errors on a wide range of technologies. * Other ad hoc duties as assigned
