KeepIt is growing, and we are looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager for the DACH region to help bring our backup services to more customers and realize our growth ambitions.
The Solutions Engineering team plays an essential part in this by supporting our sales team in closing deals. This requires us to be knowledgeable about the implementation of our service, and how it can bring value to our customers.
As a Solutions Engineering Manager for DACH, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction through excellent service, while also leading and inspiring a team of solution engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop your team, ensuring they are well-equipped to assist our sales teams in recruiting and onboarding new customers. You will set clear goals, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
In addition to team management, you will engage directly with customers and partners, effectively communicating technical information and demonstrating how our services can solve specific customer problems. As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you should be adept at navigating both technical and commercial stakeholders, providing strategic guidance to your team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
