We’re seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager, Customers to lead our solutions and support engineering teams. This customer-facing, business-critical role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and empathy to build and support high-quality solutions for Healthie’s customers.
In this player-coach role, you’ll work closely with our implementation and support engineers to ensure customer success on Healthie’s developer platform. You’ll balance day-to-day customer support with the long-term vision to scale our enterprise solutions. Additionally, you’ll mentor and develop engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Engineering, this position is ideal for someone with strong technical leadership in SaaS, integration management, and team building, particularly in healthcare technology.
