Description
What will you do? Ensure/support the end-to-end cross-functional and cross-departmental (re)engineering of processes within their domain/product line to contribute to the effective and efficient achievement of corporate business objectives. Continuously improve the process through KPI monitoring. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth analyses of key processes (global perspective; cost-benefit analysis, market trend analysis). Identify improvement opportunities with significant impact on the company and propose associated preventive actions. Integrate evolving requirements (customer, procedural, KPI, market trends) that may impact the managed process(es). Identify process interactions and ensure high compliance Formalize performance criteria (KPIs) for each process Supervise measurement of current process performance (tools, procedures, processes) Propose creation or improvement of key processes Monitor or organize the monitoring of key indicators Analyze the major impacts of process improvements or changes, considering market trends and business evolution, and evaluate associated risks. Coordinate inter-departmental discussions (e.g., organize working groups) Define KPIs, draft SLAs (potentially using market benchmarks) Evaluate improvements through cost/benefit analysis and prioritize improvement initiatives Organize and lead the implementation of process improvement plans, defining and monitoring the implementation of necessary processes and tools (negotiating budget-impacting tools). Lead and coordinate plan development Ensure coordination of testing and resource planning Coach analysts and process owners, providing targeted guidance Track results according to schedule and KPIs Measure and monitor overall process quality to propose further improvements. Plan, organize, direct, control, and correct predefined tasks Ensure quality via interim evaluations Optimize and correct where necessary as final responsible party Define and execute quality controls Manage and follow up the process Continuously improve the process through KPI tracking and PDCA cycles (Plan, Do, Check, Act) Develop measurement tools and methods Identify and assess risks, analyzing their consequences (frequency, recurrence, and impact on process efficiency and effectiveness). Evaluate and implement risk management techniques. Act as an expert in strategic projects, both for departmental and corporate-wide process initiatives. Stay informed of business process impacts on projects Ensure measurement points for efficiency and effectiveness evaluation Provide support as needed Verify project compliance with existing procedures Participate in strategic project decision-making Coordinate inter-departmental collaboration to ensure processes align with overall IT architecture and business strategy. Promote a structured, process-based approach across departments. Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies and concepts to enhance process reliability and meet evolving business needs. Monitor best practices and ensure processes remain market-compliant. Define requirements for process automation Define and monitor IT tool implementation for process management (budget negotiations) Analyze requirements and draft business cases Contribute to long-term process roadmap vision Manage the team, define priorities, plan and monitor all activities, coach, motivate, and stimulate team members to achieve optimal productivity. Prepare and communicate work instructions Coordinate activities and provide recommendations Monitor and maintain links between stakeholders Mobilize and supervise teams toward clear objectives Foster a motivating work environment Maintain and update process documentation, ensuring information dissemination and optimal process application. Document and publish process structures Coordinate communication with Process team members Ensure other teams comply with processes Collaborate with other Process Owners/Line Managers Participate in the Process Governance Platform Who are you? Education: University / Master’s degree Experience: Minimum 9 years relevant experience Languages: Good knowledge of NL-FR-EN Skills: Deep knowledge of a specific methodology Knowledge of project management methodologies Knowledge of change management methodologies Knowledge of process analysis, process mapping, and process reengineering Knowledge of IT applications supporting process reengineering Knowledge of process documentation methodologies For ICT Process Owner Expert: ITIL or Prince II certification is a plus What do we offer?
