Successful candidates for the Solutions Graduate Programme will rotate through placements within the Solutions team over a two-year period. Graduates will work with several different teams including portfolio management, quant and advisory, ensuring a thorough understanding of a wide range of investment strategies, structures and solutions, allowing the graduate to develop a range of technical and analytical skills. Man Group offers a mixture of professional studies, the option to pursue a CFA and on-the-job training opportunities. Specific Responsibilities: Identify, develop and maintain effective professional relationships with key investment contacts across the firm Learn and understand to a high level of fluency the Man Group investment products Work with solutions investment and quant teams to develop investment portfolios across a broad range of asset classes and investment styles Analysis and presentation of portfolio exposures, risk, and performance Research and presentation of solutions portfolio construction Respond to enquiries from prospective and existing investors Contribute to the implementation of the broader solutions business strategy University degree in a relevant subject at a minimum 2:1 level. Keen interest in financial markets. Excellent organisational and time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Ability to take ownership and work independently as well as on a team. Proven proficiency in problem resolution and demonstrated initiative. Superior attention to detail.
