Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking an innovative, proactive, and strategic-minded Solutions & Implementation Manager who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performance technical solutions that meet client needs. You will engage with C-level executives and work cross-functionally with teams in GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, Data, and more to ensure client success while managing some of our most high-profile projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive designs, technical specifications, and solution blueprints that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Create innovative, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions for both new and existing clients.
  • Project Oversight: Act as the key project and client-facing representative, leading the implementation process from initial concept and design through testing and deployment. Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
  • Requirements Evaluation: Evaluate complex requirements (business, technical, security, reporting, legal/regulatory) and assess feasibility. Collaborate with internal and partner teams to distill these into functional requirements.
  • Documentation: Thoroughly document solutions for internal and external alignment, including drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD), creating custom design flowcharts, and maintaining a comprehensive project knowledge base.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct existing solution reviews and performance optimizations to ensure the integrity, quality, and maintainability of solutions.
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert during pre-sales meetings and throughout the implementation process for both external and internal points of contact.
