We are currently looking for an experienced L1 Technical Support Agent to join a dynamic IT support team within a large-scale international organization based in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will provide frontline technical support and ensure high service quality to end-users.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Languages: Proficiency in both English and French.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Systems: Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
Tools: Strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
Active Directory: Familiar with standard operations (user/group management, password resets, etc.).
Additional Tools: Working knowledge of WipeDrive and Webex is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver first-level technical support, addressing straightforward incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues, gather relevant technical details, and escalate when necessary.
Perform network patching on-site and within technical rooms.
Provide hands-on support for the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, To Do, etc.).
Manage mobile devices: register/unregister devices, monitor status, manage user profiles, and oversee line changes.
Assist with remote access issues, including verifying configurations through management consoles.
Guide users through signing certificate downloads and OTP (One-Time Password) registrations.
Support file-sharing setups, mapping, data restoration, and drive information.
Securely erase data from key IT assets in compliance with internal policies.
Identify installed software and maintain accurate asset-user mappings.
Perform annual barcode scans of all IT assets (PCs, servers, printers, networking gear, etc.).
Monitor stock levels of IT equipment and proactively communicate any risks of shortages.
Handle hardware inventory tasks, including unboxing, waste sorting, labelling, scanning, and stock transfers.
Provide on-site technical support for videoconferencing, hybrid meetings, and web streaming setups.
