Help shape the future of healthcare innovation. Aspen Medical is seeking an experienced Solutions Lead to join our growing Business Development capability. Reporting to the General Manager – Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer insights, clinical expertise and emerging opportunities into innovative, scalable healthcare solutions that deliver real-world impact. Working closely with Business Development, Operations, Customer Success and clinical stakeholders, you'll lead the design, development and delivery of new health offerings from early discovery and customer co-design through to proof of concept, pilot delivery and commercial readiness. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of healthcare delivery while working on complex, meaningful projects that improve patient outcomes. About the position As the Solutions Lead, you will: * Lead the end to end solution lifecycle, from opportunity scoping and solution design through to pilot delivery and transition to commercial implementation. * Facilitate customer discovery sessions and co-design workshops, translating customer challenges into practical, scalable healthcare solutions. * Design and manage proof-of-concept and pilot programs, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and measurable outcomes. * Apply human-centric design principles to validate concepts and create customer-focused user journeys, service models and solution specifications. * Collaborate across Business Development, Operations, Customer Success and clinical teams to develop commercially viable, clinically sound and operationally sustainable solutions. * Contribute to business cases, commercial models and solution positioning that support successful customer outcomes and long-term growth. About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: * 5–7 years' experience in solution design, digital health, healthcare innovation or a related field. * Demonstrated success delivering digital health or healthcare solutions from concept through to pilot or commercial implementation. * Strong knowledge of human-centric design methodologies, including discovery, prototyping, testing and validation. * Exceptional stakeholder management and program delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. * A bachelor's degree in Health Science, Digital Health, Business, Engineering or a related discipline. * A clinical background or postgraduate qualification in Digital Health, Innovation or Business will be highly regarded.
