Description
As Delve's Proposal Solutions Lead, you will lead solution development for high-impact proposals. You will craft innovative, compelling, and compliant solution responses to client solicitations. You will stay closely connected to real project delivery, maintaining fluency in Delve's processes and keeping a pulse on the challenges and opportunities emerging across active project teams. You will partner closely with Business Development, technical leads, and subject matter experts to build winning proposals that address client needs while aligning with Delve's capabilities. Strong solutioning depends on a deep understanding of how we deliver work; therefore, this position is intentionally structured as a dual role with opportunities to serve as the project manager on select engagements. Responsibilities Collaborate with Account Directors, Client Partners, and Subject Matter Experts to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, approaches, timelines, and pricing Lead the execution of proposal strategy in response to AD/CP direction, RFPs, and other solicitations facilitating all facets of functional proposal development to meet client and internal deadlines Translate technical and operational concepts into clear, persuasive proposal content Ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and aligned with company capabilities and win themes Maintain a library of reusable solution components and templates to streamline future responses Confirm consistency in messaging, branding, and quality across all proposal submissions Stay current with industry trends, client needs, and emerging technologies to inform solutions Requirements 8+ years of experience in project management in a professional services environment 5+ years of experience writing proposals or technical documentation in a contract development, engineering, or product development setting Bachelor’s degree in design, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences Proficiency with MS Word, Google Docs, Excel, Smartsheet, and basic design/layout tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, or similar) Familiarity with contract development, engineering, and the product lifecycle Preferred Qualifications What we are looking for: A strategic thinker with experience in new product development (design and engineering), particularly in medical device product development Someone who thrives in collaborative environments and helps create them A team member who listens well and values input from diverse stakeholders A professional committed to high standards of quality and craftsmanship A self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal oversight An excellent communicator with strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills Someone who leads with an inclusive mindset and models inclusive behaviors across the organization Be Inspired.
