SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing complex customer communication management (CCM) solutions for our clients. The Solutions Lead will work closely with clients (both business and technical personas), project managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the client business and technical requirements and provide a positive user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role with proven track record of strong analytical, problem-solving, software engineering, design architecture and strong communication skills.
  • At least 7 years of experience designing and implementing complex CCM solutions.
  • Technical team leadership skills are critical.
  • In-depth knowledge of CCM systems such as Messagepoint, OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, Sefas, or similar solution and supporting technologies such as coding languages and cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, integration protocols, database design and use of API and 3rd party plugins.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
  • Experience with designing and implementing document design, composition, and delivery workflows for various output channels (e.g.: digital, print).
  • Proven track record for delivering under pressure, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and provide guidance and direction.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the client’s Information Technology and Business professionals, design, develop and implement CCM solutions for clients, including document design, composition, and delivery workflows that achieve client’s business objectives.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and technical assessments to develop and document business and technical requirements and specifications for CCM solutions taking into consideration project challenges, constraints and risks to quality, time, costs and overall scope.
  • Assess the business impacts of technical choices within the Solution Design and prepare alternatives for consideration by the client.
  • Lead requirements analysis and solution architecture design sessions with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for CCM solutions, including system architecture, design, and configuration documents.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams (delivery consultants/developers) and assist in the resolution of technical issues.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on issues with solution designs being developed/implemented.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Professional Services Solution Architecture and continue to evolve/improve those practices.
  • Partner with the Business Solutions team to seamlessly transfer proposed Solution design from Sales to Execution
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to seamlessly transfer implemented Solution design from execution to steady state support.
