EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience managing technical teams focused on API integrations for SaaS or eCommerce platforms.
  • 4+ years of direct experience in a Solutions role using APIs, SDKs, webhooks, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality projects

SKILLS:

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and payment gateway technologies is a plus.

As a Solutions Manager, you’ll oversee a dynamic team responsible for delivering seamless integrations with top-tier brands. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling you to drive efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction across all projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead from the front: Lead technical integrations as a player/coach, ensuring your team follows your lead in turning complex challenges into elegant, actionable solutions that align with client goals.
  • Strategic Oversight: Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, balancing tight timelines, competing priorities, and customer expectations with finesse.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to existing systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, fostering trust through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Team Development: Mentor and empower your team, providing guidance on technical and interpersonal skills to drive their professional growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Collaborate with developers and technical teams, leveraging your expertise in APIs, webhooks, SQL, HTML/CSS, Javascript, and other relevant technologies to troubleshoot and guide solutions.
