What You’ll Do Manual QA and solution validation Be the first to test new product features Validate data flows, dashboards, and system behavior Identify and document bugs and edge cases Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams Your Growth Path Stage 1 (6–9 months): Deep, hands-on QA and solution validation Stage 2 (6–9 months): Ownership of customer-facing solutions Stage 3 (6–9 months): Team leadership and workflow ownership High performers can grow into Product, Customer Success, or technical leadership roles. Who You Are 2+ years in QA, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Product Ops, or Implementation Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills Curious, driven, and resilient Comfortable working with SaaS or technical systems Ready and willing to work extremely hard in a fast-paced role Fast Hiring Process Open for 6 days only.
