Reporting to the Solutions Sales Director, this individual contributor role sits within the high-performing Solution Sales team. We are seeking a driven sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS sales, ideally within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem and the value that a connected software suite can deliver to OEMs and dealers.
Success in this role requires extensive collaboration across cross-functional teams, along with outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The candidate will demonstrate resilience, a strong commitment to a performance-driven culture, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Experience with Keyloop applications — either as a user or provider — is highly desirable. A continuous improvement mindset and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude are essential for thriving in this dynamic environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:



    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution sales, enterprise sales, and consultative selling.

    • Proven success in quota-carrying roles, with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Demonstrated experience selling SaaS solutions; experience within the automotive sector is highly advantageous.
    • Skilled in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
    • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to solution delivery and closing — for both existing and new business clients.
    • Customer-centric approach, with the maturity and diplomacy to build relationships at all levels within client organisations.
    • Proficient in executing a structured, professional sales process, including prospecting, contact management, qualification, presentation, objection handling, and closing.
    • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage pipeline and sales activities; strong overall computer literacy.
    • Self-motivated, ambitious, resilient, and resourceful — with excellent communication skills, particularly in listening, questioning, and confidently navigating client interactions.
    • Highly organised and comfortable working within a process-driven, fast-paced environment.
    Responsibilities

    KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ROLE:



      • Quota-carrying sales position with responsibility for driving revenue growth.

      • Selling innovative solutions to both new and existing clients within Keyloop’s automotive customer base.
      • Collaborating closely with in-market Geo sales teams and Sales Enablement teams to achieve business objectives.
      • Involves travel across the UK and internationally for client engagements and internal meetings.
      • Participation in monthly face-to-face team meetings held in the UK.

      KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



        • Consistently achieve sales objectives in line with the company’s strategic and sales operating plans.

        • Drive sales by partnering with Geo sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver joint client presentations.
        • Develop and maintain comprehensive Quarterly Sales Plans for your area of responsibility.
        • Prepare accurate quarterly and annual sales forecasts to support business planning.
        • Fully adopt and apply the Keyloop Sales Model and Core Processes in all sales activities.
        • Collaborate closely with Geo sales teams to deliver a unified ‘One Keyloop’ approach to customers.
        • Ensure the success and adoption of Keyloop solutions across all markets.
        • Work with the Sales Enablement team to develop and maintain high-quality sales support materials for regional teams.
        • Engage cross-functionally with other departments to align efforts and maximise outcomes.
        • Maintain and update product sales presentations and point-of-sale materials, ensuring accessibility via shared portals.
        • Provide actionable market intelligence to enhance internal understanding of competitor products and market dynamics.
