Job Title : Solution Specialist
Location: Boston, MA 02109 (Hybrid)
Workdays: Mon – Fri
Work Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Duration: Contract ( 9 months)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work/education experience.
• Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of experience in leading complex development and integration projects, strategy, Business Analysis, or System Analysis (preferably in finance/asset management).
• Experience managing product roadmaps and planning using Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in Agile practices (e.g., Scrum) and frameworks, including Scaled Agile software development processes.
• Scrum Master certification and/or experience.
• Strong track record in strategic project management and critical thinking to solve problems.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders to escalate and resolve issues effectively.

• Solution Roadmap & Backlog Management: Define required capabilities and technology building blocks, collaborating with the Solution Manager to refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to track developer progress, raise risks, and manage Jira boards to facilitate roadmap management.
• Scrum Meetings: Run meetings to resolve issues, plan together, and keep teams aligned.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, resolve, or escalate risks and challenges in a timely and clear manner, managing execution risks.
• Dependency Management: Understand and communicate dependencies that influence the sequencing of development work.
• Migration Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to manage migration plans and their execution.
• Testing Coordination: Assist in coordinating multi-layered testing efforts for releases.
• Documentation: Ensure Solution Team artifacts meet documentation requirements for the PSM team.
• Teamwork & Communication: Foster teamwork, collaboration, and commitment across various groups with competing priorities while maintaining strong business relationships.
