Position Overview
As a Solutions Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for families and clients, helping guide them through available services, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring they receive the support they need. This role combines elements of customer service, administrative support, and tailored solutions, making every interaction meaningful and supportive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a caring and professional liaison between clients and the funeral chapel
  • Assist families by explaining available services, pricing, and options
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and document preparation
  • Provide accurate information and resolve client inquiries in a compassionate manner
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met promptly
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records within our systems
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain composed in emotional situations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry or CRM systems
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $30 – $34 per hour, based on experience
  • Training: Full training provided for all new hires
  • Flexible scheduling for full-time (35–40 hrs/week) and part-time (15–25 hrs/week) positions
