The Windows Sales Champion will be responsible for accelerating Win Pro Devices , centered on intensifying Windows 11 device refresh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The successful hire will be a quick learner with strong collaboration skills and can position device modernization strategies to customers in a compelling way. The individual is responsible for driving W11 awareness to end-customers and increasing W11 readiness within CDW through skilling and training of sales teams. The Windows Sales Champion is also the key contact for Microsoft to reach out to for updates and to relay key strategy and product information.

Responsibilities
  • Aligned to given sales region(s), develop and execute a Windows 11 device growth plan to achieve sales targets and accelerate Windows 11 device refresh
  • Collaboratively work with Account Managers in customer conversations to overcome objections to close opportunities.
  • Target customers through account mapping while leveraging CATT Enlyft scored propensity data to prioritize customers
  • Build and track W11 device sales pipeline for assigned sales territory
  • Drive product clarity and solution understanding that accelerates Windows adoption, transformation initiatives and strategy.
  • Lead webinars and virtual event presentations to scale reach to customers.
  • Evangelize Microsoft’s differentiated value proposition to customers and colleagues through sales call downs, training / presentations, one to one conversations, etc. advocating for a ‘Why Microsoft + CDW + W11’ story.
  • Enable and train sales teams on Windows 11
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Win 11 and the urgency needed around EOS with end customers through proposals and presentations
  • Deliver and/or support Windows 11 and Win10 EOS webinars/events
  • Partner with select OEMs & Silicon partners to drive differentiation and joint successful engagement.
  • Support the execution of sales and marketing activities (campaigns, events, offers, promos, sales incentives etc.)/
  • Support Demand Generation activities and follow-up on leads, from qualification thru close.
  • Support and evangelize incentives to accelerate sales with account managers and sales managers.
  • Develop an understanding of competitive product solutions, offers and incentives.
  • Complete Windows 11 Pro ExpertZone accreditation and evangelize adoption within CDW.
  • Provide monthly reporting on Commercial Pro device sell-thru, capture trends & factors that could impact achieving business goals.
  • Proficient in CDW tools and process such as SPS, AS400, bid desk, returns etc.
  • Maintain effective communications with all stakeholders
  • Provide monthly progress reports to Partner and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the assigned brand in meetings and speak to brand performance, category performance, program/promotion results, and current initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting both internally and externally on brand performance, category performance, industry trends, and market share
