The successful candidate will join a high-performing team of Solution Sales professionals responsible for delivering results by building integrated solutions for Rogers Business customers. The Solution Specialist has a passion for sales, excellent communication skills and a strong ability to understand and meet customer needs. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Provide pre-sales technical advisory services to Sales teams.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Rogers Fixed Network and Business Productivity Solutions to win business and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Engage and interact with other Solution Architects, Account Executives and their clients to understand business challenges and recommend Rogers Business Products to meet their needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce to generate service proposals, track sales activities, and manage sales opportunities through to customer signature.
  • Utilize internal systems to complete administrative tasks and required technical supporting documentation for sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer transitions smoothly from sales process to Operations teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and funnel reports for management review.
