JOB DETAILS
An exciting opportunity to join Business Technology Solutions, working in our Case Management Solutions Competency Centre.
We use a hybrid working model, from the office and at home.
Joining our team, you will be involved in supporting the team with the systems we look after. These systems include Assyst, which we use for IT issue reporting as well as other internal functions like HR and Health and Safety. We also manage Verint CM Pro, our customer case management system that enables citizens to communicate with the Council either online or via phone.
In this role you will be working to resolve issues for customers within the organisation and will have to respond to customer requests. You will have experience of following procedures in your work and be able to consider things from a customer’s point of view. You should be organised and able to communicate with a wide range of people.
