QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous background in the field of Corrections encouraged but not required. This can include but is not limited to prison settings, jail settings, probation/parole settings, and/or therapeutic program settings.
  • Previous knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices preferred but not required.
  • Experience navigating and training software to deliver end-user trainings or train the trainer sessions onsite and virtually.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience training personnel.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Has the ability to coordinate, manage, and engage medium to large groups of adult learners.
  • Prepare and facilitate discussions through various forms of material such as Microsoft Power Point, software demonstrations, video clips, role play, etc.
  • Create, develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive training procedure manuals, user guides, course materials, notifications, and other announcements.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and detail-oriented documentation that supports both training delivery and end-user adoption, ensuring content is accessible and consistent across all platforms.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information skillfully and developing solutions.
  • Quick and flexible learner who can maintain a thorough knowledge of all Vant4ge products for the purposes of training end users.
  • Communicate effectively when meeting with both internal staff and outside agencies.
  • Demonstrates initiative and collaboration by volunteering readily, setting and pursuing ambitious goals, and actively seeking and offering support to team members when needed.
Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Works to keep training programs vibrant and entertaining in order to engage employees and trainees.
  • Assist in writing and developing training curriculum.
  • Refines learning tools and techniques.
  • Provide training to internal personnel and clients on products.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to personnel and develop appropriate modifications if needed.
  • Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to clients/process owners.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all Vant4ge products.
  • Organize training for clients by assessing their training requirements and liaising with both client and Vant4ge departments.
  • Handle client issues and concerns in an efficient and effective manner by engaging appropriate internal Vant4ge teams to ensure resolution. Ensure appropriate teams are informed in order to prevent escalations and identify new opportunities.
