We are currently seeking a proficient and passionate Sommelier to join our esteemed team. As a Sommelier,you will play a central role in curating an exceptional wine experience for our guests,showcasing your expertise in wine pairing and contributing to the overall enjoyment of their dining experience. If you have a deep knowledge of wines,a refined palate,and are committed to providing top-notch service,we invite you to be the guiding force behind our extensive wine program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and manage the restaurant’s wine list,ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
  • Assist guests in choosing wines that complement their meals and preferences.
  • Provide insights into wine regions,varietals,and vintages.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop wine pairings for menu items.
  • Oversee wine service and storage,ensuring proper handling and presentation.
  • Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for staff and guests.
  • Stay informed about industry trends,new releases,and emerging vineyards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
  • In-depth knowledge of wines,regions,and wine production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a memorable and personalized wine experience for guests.
