Clover is a modern bistro/ wine bar on the Paris end of Swan Street, celebrating our love of the natural vinous world alongside plates of food cooked solely over fire. We welcome guests into a lively environment where thoughtful hospitality and great service are front and centre.

We’re looking for a Sommelier who combines passion and precision with natural confident service. Your wine knowledge has been shaped by both your professional journey and life experiences. You’re eager to learn from your colleagues and generous in sharing what you know. Organised and a clear communicator, you’re committed to delivering service that feels authentic, assured, and effortlessly welcoming.

What you’ll do:

  • Curate and refine a wine list that embodies our honest, thoughtful philosophy
  • Craft memorable guest experiences through attentive and authentic service
  • Inspire and support a dedicated team with ongoing wine training and development
  • Manage daily beverage operations, including stock control, invoicing, purchasing, and meeting financial targets set by the directors
  • Work closely with management to drive performance and maintain Clover’s high standards
