As Sommelier you will search, select and buy wines from around the world for our wine cellar and develop relationships with suppliers. You will ensure that all wines are stored, presented and served to the optimum levels.
To ensure sales are maximised you will keep all wine lists updated and presented in perfect condition. As part of the Food and Beverage team you will assist any outlet in the sales of wines and advise them on the best wines appropriate to their guests. You will assist on the floor in the capacity of an assistant manager when required.
