Key Responsibilities: Recommending wines and assisting guests with wine selection based on their preferences and menu choices

Presenting and serving wines in accordance with professional service standards

Recommending food and wine pairings to enhance the overall dining experience

Working collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service

Ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements and workplace health and safety procedures About You: At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Sommelier or in a similar wine service role

Strong knowledge of wines, grape varieties, wine regions, and food and wine pairing principles

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to provide professional wine recommendations in a hospitality environment

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
