JOB DESCRIPTION:

Liberty entertainment Group is currently seeking an experienced and certified Sommelier to join our team. Applicants should expect a highly systematic and deliberately paced fine dining service with a deep focus on every detail of the guest experience.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the operation of wine service during scheduled shifts.
- Advising customers on menu and wine choices.
- Responsible for stocking and maintaining organization of the wine cellar.
- Complete any other job-related tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Sommelier certification is a must (CAPS, CMS, WSET Diploma, preferred)
-Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant.
- Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, days, shifts including holidays.
-Strong Knowledge of fine Italian wines is essential.
- Can legally work in Canada.
