SOMMELIER RESPONSIBILITIES: As Sommelier, you will curate and manage the restaurant’s wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection. You will share your expertise with our guests and service staff. Merging your passion for wine with your understanding of fine dining, will allow you creativity flow with wine-parings. Conducting wine tastings and staff training sessions to enhance wine knowledge and service standards is an important component of the position. Your specialized knowledge will allow you to partner with our Executive Chef on daily menu changes. Requirements WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: Your knowledge of fine dining and passion for fine wines will be key to your success. You bring a highly professional, welcoming personality to the role. Staying updated on wine trends, regions, and vintages to keep the wine program current and competitive is key. You will be innovative in ways to increase both knowledge and sales of wine in The Dining Room. Your passion for sharing wine knowledge will elevate the dining experience of our guests.
