As Sommelier, you will curate and manage the restaurant’s wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection. You will share your expertise with our guests and service staff. Merging your passion for wine with your understanding of fine dining, will allow you creativity flow with wine-parings. Conducting wine tastings and staff training sessions to enhance wine knowledge and service standards is an important component of the position. Your specialized knowledge will allow you to partner with our Executive Chef on daily menu changes.
