THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and approachable Sommelier to join our team on a part-time contract basis through the fall. You’ll work closely with our service and bar teams to enhance wine and cocktail knowledge, improve pairing recommendations, and elevate the overall guest experience.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role scheduled for Thursday through Saturday, 4:00–8:00 PM, running from September through November or December, with the possibility of future as-needed shifts. You’ll help build confidence and consistency across our FOH team and serve as an in-house resource for both wine and beverage education.

• Provide floor support during dinner service, focusing on wine and cocktail pairings
• Offer wine recommendations and pairing suggestions to guests
• Collaborate with the bar team on cocktail knowledge and selling techniques
• Train FOH team members on wine varietals, regions, tasting notes, and upselling
• Conduct informal pre-shift tastings or education sessions as needed
• Help refine wine service standards and presentation across the team
• Share beverage insights in a way that’s approachable and engaging for all levels of staff
• Be a positive, educational presence on the floor during peak dining hours
