JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wines and food pairings, providing exceptional service to enhance our guests’ dining experience. As a Sommelier, you will play a crucial role in curating our wine list, educating staff and customers about wine selections, and ensuring that every guest receives personalized recommendations that complement their meals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a sommelier or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of wines, including varietals, regions, and tasting notes.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
  • Bartending experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to provide comprehensive beverage service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for food and wine, along with a commitment to ongoing learning in the field of sommelier expertise.
