As the Sommelier, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating memorable guest experiences through expert wine service and education, supporting a dynamic beverage program rooted in excellence and hospitality.
Responsibilities

• Lead wine service on the floor, guiding guests with thoughtful recommendations that elevate their dining experience.
• Maintain and update wine lists, manage inventory, and ensure all offerings are accurately represented.
• Ensure wines are presented and served according to company standards, with impeccable attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to train and educate on wine selections, service, and pairings.
• Assist with monthly inventory, wine list updates, and restocking, ensuring consistent availability of selections.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures, wine station organization, and occasional wine-focused events.
