What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a quality venue
  • Relevant qualifications in wine or hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to set, achieve, and exceed targets
  • Experience implementing systems and procedures
  • Commitment to RSA compliance
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage priorities
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Immediate start preferred

  • Train and develop staff to maintain high standards
  • Assist in the planning and execution of functions and events
  • Manage stocktakes and order for the restaurant and wine list

  • Oversee reservations and host guests with care
