We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
This is fixed term vacancy for 12 months.

You will hold a postgraduate qualification in Obstetric and Gynaecology Ultrasound and be HCPC registered or equivalent. You will have the ability to be a flexible team player with excellent communication skills and be able to undertake all types of Obstetric and early pregnancy scans to a high standard in keeping with departmental guidelines.
Currently Greater Glasgow & Clyde offers approximately 110,000 Obstetric and Gynaecology ultrasound scans per annum. There are three large departments, at Princess Royal Maternity, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Royal Alexandra Hospital, with smaller departments at both Inverclyde Royal Hospital and Vale of Leven hospital. We pride ourselves on our investment in the professional development of all staff through a strong training infrastructure.
These posts are fixed term to cover maternity leave until September 2026. We offer a flexible approach to working and will consider applications for 1.0, 0.8 and 0.6 WTE positions within the departments.
