Write, edit, schedule, and publish engaging social media content. Work closely with internal teams (product, retail, brand) + external agencies to ensure our content aligns with launches, promos and campaigns. Stay on top of global and local trends, platform updates, and social culture and create content aligning to these in a timely manner. Monitor and manage community conversations - respond to comments, messages, and engage with users in line with brand voice. Oversee social media reporting, using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics) to measure performance and derive insights for optimisation. Collaboration & Operations Work cross-functionally with Brand, PR, Retail, and Product teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly. Coordinate with external partners (production houses, photographers, videographers) to deliver campaign assets. Assist with budget tracking, POs and invoicing across influencer activity. Jump in on ad-hoc projects like product launches, events, gifting programs and monthly reporting. Essential Skills & Experience 2 years of experience in social media, and / or influencer marketing Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and what performs on each. Experience managing influencer partnerships (briefing, negotiation, logistics, reporting). Excellent writing and communication - you can shift tone, write tight copy, and craft clear briefs. Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail. Proficient with social media analytics tools and reporting. Basic understanding of budgets, POs and invoicing processes. A trend-loving mindset - you’re plugged into culture, creators, and the digital landscape.
