Resumen del cargo  Desarrollar los programas y herramientas de análisis relacionados con la eficacia de la fuerza de ventas y/o servicio para impulsar los objetivos estratégicos y financieros para el equipo de ventas y / o servicio de Colombia Funciones y responsabilidades Bajo supervisión limitada, dirección general, etc. y de acuerdo con todas las leyes, regulaciones y políticas, procedimientos y pautas de ASP, este puesto: • Soporte diario a la gerencia de ventas Gestión de Ventas • Informar y definir SOP para ventas y / o actividades relacionadas con el servicio, incluidas las ventas y / o el rendimiento del servicio, métricas de embudo, previsión de reservas y envíos. Mejora continua de las herramientas de informes y los procesos de revisión. • Consolidación y seguimiento al forecast mensual • CRM (Salesforce.com) Administración y mejora de Sales Cloud, desarrollo de cuadros de mando y liderazgo activo en el proceso de gestión del embudo. • Responsable de comunicar problemas u oportunidades relacionados con el negocio al nivel gerencial • Realiza otras tareas asignadas según sea necesario   Otras tareas: Específicas del cargo ☐N/A - Seguimiento de solicitudes de contratos, direccionamiento a LLC para que todos cumplan legalmente con las políticas de la compañía. - Actualization de Data Productivity & Legalization of contracts. - Realización de cortes de consigna de acuerdo con procedimiento interno. - Renovación de Rics, de acuerdo con la base instalada, conciliada con Servicio técnico. - Movimiento de activos fijos para Colombia de acuerdo con descripción de procedimiento interno (Colombia) - Apoyo al desarrollo de Funnell Manager, con cada una de las representantes de ventas, así como los asignados a los distribuidores actualización de data y sustentación mensualmente. - Consolidar mensualmente los viajes del equipo comercial. - Scorecard, análisis, actualización y envío de informe.
