Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of the ___Production Supervisor__, the Sorter is a key role in verifying and ensuring packaged orders are palletized to the assigned pick-up carriers. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.   Schedule: AWW Fri-Sun/9:00am-9:30pm (3/12-hour shifts) Pay Rate: $17.94 + $1.50 (shift differential for hours worked) Status: Non-exempt   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB * Responsible for sorting orders on different pallets depending on the carrier and the route. * Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. * Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to supervisor. * Following proper Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA guidelines. * Attention to detail and able to multitask. * Quality checks all pallets or box orders. * Able to stand for long periods of time. * Other Job functions or cross training may apply. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or equivalent * Used RF technology. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. * Self-motivated * Ability to multitask. * Flexible schedule a must * Positive approach to assigned tasks. * Team player * Follows written and verbal instructions. * Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bilingual (English & Spanish)
