BOH SUPERVISOR / SOUS CHEF – SOT DINING

We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Back of House Supervisor to support our management team and help lead the daily food operate at our restaurant.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is ideal for someone looking to step up into leadership while working closely with our BOH team to deliver a smooth and consistent kiychen experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Manager with daily operations and oversight
- Supporting and guiding kitchen staff during work
- Managing roastering and handling & ordering food ingridents
- Communicating effectively between BOH and kitchen teams
- Helping maintain high standards of food service and venue presentation

2. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a sous chef or supervisory role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Language: Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
  • Must hold a valid visa allowing legal work in Australia

3. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Interest in Korean cuisine and hospitality
  • Strong initiative and ability to work proactively
  • Availability to work on a rotating schedule across all days (Full-Time)

    - Positive attitude and willingness to support the team where needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $53,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
