As a Soulster, it is your job to go above and beyond to create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the great dining room vibe that Edley’s is known for. Soulsters are the most common first and last interactions guests have with our team, so it is important that each one is a great one. Soulsters are very well versed on the menu and are prepared to guide guests through the ordering process. Soulsters fall into four categories: CASHIER Friendly, fast and efficient salesperson taking all of our guests' orders at the POS Knowledgeable of the menu, able to confidently answer any questions the guest has and guide them in the right direction Proficient on the POS and accurately able to process the correct payment Is always able to converse and connect with our guests in a genuine way (not robotic or transactional) GUEST EXPERIENCE Keeps an eye on all tables in the dining room, anticipating the guests' needs Performs all table service needs: refills on drinks, table bussing, to-go boxes for guests, cocktail & beer order/delivery (handheld or B-Bot), answering questions about our food. Our guests shouldn't have to get up for anything! Converses with tables, delivering the Edley's VIBE and our Service w/Soul to everyone in the dining room FLOOR Keeps all tables bussed, stocked, and clean at all times, and then reset immediately after guest's departure Beverage station maintenance - keeps everything clean, stocked and filled Restroom checks - stock supplies, cleanliness, trash removal Busser stations - runs dirty dishes to the bar and dish pit, and removes all trash FOOD RUNNER Ensures all plates go out with sauces and silverware and are also 100% correct before delivering to the guest After delivering the food, asks if there is anything else our guest needs (sauces, extra plates, etc.) Benefits Starting Pay $15.00 + Paid Vacation Half-Price Shift Meals Free Edley's Gear Insurance Employee Assistance Program and Financial Counseling access Flex Spending accounts for Dependent Care and Medical expenses
