SOUND AND PROJECTIONS SUPERVISOR OVERVIEW: DeSales University, in Center Valley, PA, is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts Salesian, Catholic university, under the leadership of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales. EOE POSITION SUMMARY: The Sound and Projections Supervisor is responsible for the operation and repairs of the sound equipment in the Labuda Performing Arts Center, as well as designing the sound for the Act 1 season. This includes but isn’t limited to 5 theatre productions, 2 dance concerts, and 2 TV Film festivals. Mentoring for student sound designs and execution is also required QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in sound technology, design or professional equivalent * MFA in theatrical sound design/production preferred * Highly advanced audio (digital and analog) skills required * Professional-level sound design ability and experience required.
