Our mission is to create unforgettable guest experiences through cutting-edge sound and vision technology.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Sound & Vision Team Leader to take charge of our projects, lead a dedicated team, and help us drive innovation across all sites.
The Role:
As the Sound & Vision Team Leader, you will work with the team to oversee sound and vision operations across multiple holiday parks. You’ll be the go-to person for problem-solving, and project delivery — ensuring smooth, high-quality audio-visual experiences for both staff and guests.

• Lead, support, and develop a team of Sound & Vision Technicians.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sound and visual systems across holiday park locations.
• Help manage and deliver new AV projects from concept to completion.
• Drive innovation by bringing fresh ideas to enhance guest experiences and improve business performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless AV operations across the parks.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management.
• Travel between sites as required ( mileage reimbursed).
• What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in audio-visual systems, with strong technical knowledge.

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
