Job Description Purchase Order Management Monitor procurement orders, ensuring timely and accurate purchasing of goods and services while maintaining cost and vendor relationships. Inbound Management Strategic coordination of inward material flow with respective functional teams for timely availability of stocks in the warehouse. Customer Service Level Priority Tracking Assign and monitor purchase orders with vendor based on criticality to ensure timely availability of stocks against market demand. On shelf availability Bottleneck Management Identifying and alleviating constraints in logistic system to ensure effective material availability. Customer backlog Fulfillment Management Manage tracking and ensuring the right stocks against customer to achieve maximum service level. Qualifications BE/B.Tech in any related stream. MBA in Supply chain is desirable. 2-3 years experience in source execution/order execution. Additional Information Competent in supply chain management principles and processes. Competent in inventory control methods. Basic knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies to optimize the movement of goods. Advanced knowledge in sourcing suppliers and managing relationships with vendors.
