SAP Centre of Excellence- Source to Pay- Ariba - Tech Senior Professional Designation: Senior Specialist This role is responsible for providing expert level functional and technical support for SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay (S2P) processes, with a primary focus on SAP Ariba, SAP Procurement, and integration with S/4HANA in the Sustain Operations environment. The role ensures continuous process improvement, system stability, solution optimization, and alignment with enterprise-wide strategic objectives through best-in-class SAP S2P solutions. Goal of function: Fulfil all the technology requirements for Procurement function e.g. Evaluate, implement new process & tools globally and support existing process and platforms deployed globally Key tasks: Understand business requirements to design and deliver the appropriate solutions. Collaborate with other ITS, GBS etc. teams or Enterprise Excellence teams and externals to deliver appropriate solutions to the business. Oversee tracking &resolution for production support issues, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements (BAU), managing escalations, and providing regular status updates to project leadership. Organization* The function incumbent reports to: SAP COE Process Lead/ Service Lead Organizational unit: GBS; ITS; process organization Important internal /External interfaces: STP Process leaders, Global procurement & other business stakeholders like GBS, Compliance etc SAP and Ariba Support ( Implementation partners / AMS providers , · Auditors and regulatory bodies (as applicable). · External suppliers connected via Ariba Network ) Key Performance Indicators Meet project objectives and project milestones considering planned resources and deadlines, approved project scope and requested quality of project deliverables. Risk awareness and corrective action where applicable Project-related targets SLA for Production support issues Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success* Any Graduate/MBA Up to 10 years’ experience in a relevant area. SAP Ariba Functional consultant to have P2P (Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Catalogs etc.) process knowledge, hands technical experience, can perform all project activities including configuration, understand cloud procurement, integrate ARIBA and S/4. Ability to interact with business and technical teams and identify / resolve process issues. Technical knowledge on (Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Catalogs, S4 Hana P2P process etc.) hands on technical experience, can perform all project activities including configuration, technical customization, debugging in S4 ABAP and who can understand cloud procurement and hand on experience to integrate ARIBA with S/4 and S4 with 3rd Parts tools. Ability to interact with business and technical teams and identify / resolve process issues. Able to drive the solution design & delivery with minimal involvement of stream lead. BTP, CPI, CIG (Ariba Integration), EDI, API (3rd Party Integrations), RFC, Fiori & ABAP experience is desirable Strong Communication Skills, Excellent Customer Service Orientation, Problem-Solving Mindset, Attention to Details, Adaptability & Quick Learning, Team Collaboration, Time Management, Reliability & Accountability Ariba Buying-Invoicing SAP Ariba Network SAP S/4 HANA Integration with CIG expertise. Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) SAP PI-PO integration knowledge will be nice to have. Willingness to travel according to the business need, shall accommodate different time zones as per project requirement.
