Description

Rol: Source to Pay (S2P) Consultant Seniority: Senior Experience • Delivering software or SaaS implementations within a software vendor or system integrator. • Proven experience conducting business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for S2P solutions • Strong background installing, configuring, and customizing enterprise applications. • Hands-on expertise supporting go-live phases, production cutovers, and customer onboarding. • Experience working directly with customers in workshops, training sessions, and project reviews. • Exposure to ERP systems Roles & Responsibilities • Deliver technical professional services remotely or on-site, ensuring high-quality S2P solution delivery. • Analyze customer business needs and document workflows, business rules, and project scope. • Install, implement solution according to validated design • Conduct training and knowledge transfer • Manage project delivery, timelines, risks, and customer expectations to ensure successful outcomes. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to installation, configuration, and solution functionality. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies and tools. Requirements Technical Skills • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering. • Proficiency in JavaScript or other scripting languages used for solution customization. • Understanding of cloud-based architectures and SaaS delivery models. • Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and Windows Server. • Familiarity with ERP processes • Basic understanding of accounting and finance processes. Requirements Soft Skills & Abilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical approach. • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills. • Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Comfortable managing multiple projects and changing priorities. • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across Professional Services, R&D, and client-facing teams. • Flexibility to travel domestically or internationally when required. • Ability to maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
